For CAS202 - Postage and TLC411 to choose a technique from 2012. I chose TLC360 Twine It Up!
I started with a kraft card base and cut out a smaller panel and tied it up with some red and white bakers twine! Added a textured white post card that I first stamped in black and then cut out with the coordinating die. I stamped and embossed my sentiment in dark red. A postage stamp is popped up and topped with a red heart button tied with a little bit of white twine!
...and these are a few of my favourite things!
Thanks for taking a peek!

Laurie this is just the cutest thing!!! I love, love, love that postcard stamp & matching die. Might have to look into that.....hmmmmm. The baker's twine and red button really make your card what it is. Faving it.

Laurie, this is really terrific and you really depicted "postage" with your sweet "package" card tied up with baker's twine and all the proper postal marking...down to a special stamp. Clever and creative.
