This card is for a friend with whom I trade fun, scarey Halloween cards each year. I got the directions for this tent card and the templates for the skeleton bones and eyes from Elaine of Crafticious blog. Elaine also refers you to Paper Crave for a template of the skull. Elaine is a very talented and generous person.
I used Ranger' Old Paper ink to sponge around the skeleton skull and bones. I cut out the skull twice and layered it for dimension. The eyes were rounded and gloss applied. They are attached to clear acetate to make them appear like they are floating. The spider-web was stamped with white ink and then I used a glitter pen to give it sparkle. The spider was diecut and stamped and then I added red sparkle to the abdomen(?) with a glitter pen and on top of that I added a red rain dot gem - gives it a really cool look in real life. The crossed bones were added to the front of the card using foam dimensional adhesive. Under the skull, I added the sentiment, green goo drip (punch) and a dimensional bat, also a punch.
I hope this helps to inspire you to create a card, too. Thanks for looking.
