Poster: Markey

I thought summer was busy; it seems fall is even busier. Today I popped online to check out Shelli Gardner, co-founder and CEO of Stampin' Up! page, and saw there was a new challenge here are my projects that I created for the challenge.
I used My Digital Studio, but you can easily adapt these projects using paper products and embellishments from StampinÂ’ Up!

Everything Eleanor is the stamp sets for the bird and flourish. If creating a paper card, use your Stampin’ Write Markers to color the bird, in Pacific Point(belly), More Mustard (beak, legs) and Midnight Muse. If working digitally using the Coloring Tool under “stamps” work with the same colors. For the bird’s eye I used a Basic Rhinestone

The flowers are Pirouette Pink and Primrose Petal; again use your StampinÂ’ Write Markers or digitally using the Coloring Tool. In order to get that halo of Summer Starfruit you can either use a sponge to burnish it, or digitally I simple changed the drop shadow to a greater opacity and increased the blur. I copied and pasted in place three these and then grouped the flowers, resized depending on where I was placing them.
I took a piece of Victoria Crochet Trim Ribbon and colored it with Soft Suede, you can do this digitally or with your reinkers and water. I used a piece of River Rock Designer Series Paper to fill the Comfort Café banner Digital Punch, you can simply cut a piece of this paper to achieve the same affect. I used Vintage Trinkets to secure the 2nd layer. To get that sponged look I used the Basic Black Textured and recolored it River Rock, and added a drop shadow.

I really like how you made those flowers. Beautiful. I really want to learn how to digi-craft.
