I had these hearts and paper card was planned out long ago, but was just missing something so glad for this challenge for the GLITTER WINDOW technique Glitter Window Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers

So I punched the little out hearts and used those spaces for my glitter window. Don't recall the name of the wheel - I think it is LOVE, the paper is from a while back too. The ribbon is Very Vanilla taffeta
