 | | Joyfully, I share this card for an Alphabet Challenge to use Letter J as in jolly and for a Ways to Use It challenge to use markers. These jovial penguins are holding peppermint candies shaped like letters that spell JOY. The red strip is paper from Japan. My friend lived there for a few years. When she visited the states, she would bring me some lovely, colorful Japanese paper. She’s back in the states now, so I’ve been using what I have left very judiciously. It was just right to use a piece for Letter J. The sentiment uses a Letter J word - “Joy”. I used markers to color the penguins’ scarves, hats or earmuffs and their beaks & feet. I did a little watercoloring and some direct coloring. Hope you enjoy these jolly penguins for Christmas. TFL |
