Cute Halloween Cats - Stepped Up

I added a ledge of baker's twine for each of the cats, the sentiment stamp is stamped in whisper white, then stamped in Basic Gray and off set along with added drop shadow creates a very nice silver embossed effect. The cat's eyes in this stepped up card are created by adding Basic Rhinestones, which are recolored and then sent behind the image of the cats. I added zigzag black stitching and pushed them to the layer just above the Tangerine Tango strips of paper
