Here is my card for Sol. I used baroque burgundy, dark green, a white base and other colors to blend.
Couldn't believe I stamped the greeting a little crooked! Darn! I was going to add a panel w/the greeting over it, but I thought it would overwhelm the smaller image.
Used the CAS180 sketch.
Stamps: SU Summer Day, Cross Hatch
Paper: Wilton base, Paper Studios white panel
Ink: SU pads and markers
Accessories: SU sponges and blender pen
THANKS for looing!

Nothing like a backyard swing and a nice day for some wonderful relaxation! I love the scene and the sentiment, and Sol will too!
As for crooked, that should be my middle name! hahah

Ha, I've stamped crooked greetings even WITH the Stamp-a-ma-jig, I know it's easy to do. And usually when you've stamped directly on the base it's precisely because you don't want to have an extra layer.
I'm sure Sol won't notice, he'll just be thinking about sitting back and relaxing in that swing. I once made myself seasick on one of those, LOL.
Great background, too!

I like your rustic look and nothing is more relaxing then swinging on a swing. That is a great sentiment to remember and I have done lots of crooked ones too, then my mom got me a stamp-a-ma-jig( I wonder if that was a hint...lol)....and i still have done it off....No worries Sol wont even notice as he is thinking about that swing ride too...:0)...TFS
