When I first saw the challenge I was like "masculine Christmas card?" Oh boy! Took me quite awhile to come up with an idea but I finally did it :-)
i used a punch from the Itty Bitty Punch Pack for the border. Using the adhesive sheets and tweezers made sticking them to the cs much easier
