Hi everyone, One beastly hot day in Iowa~but I sure makes the corn grow! If your from the midwest there's an old saying the corn needs to be knee high by the fourth of July! It way past that!
Thanks Judy for a fun challenge. I looked at Emily's and Beate's tutorial. I used a little of both. I didn't want to cut anything out by hand so I used a old Sizzix flower die, I double the dryer sheet and used a peice of copypaper and it cut right thru with no cutting. I did use a new sheet not a used one. I used my Ranger craft pad and sprayed with Glimmer Mist. I crunched them up in my hand to give a wrinkled look. Added a pearl brad. I stamped the sentiment on the dp and cut out with a Sizzix Framelit die, cut another one in aqua and popped up. This is where I have trouble, I do CAS better, I don't know when to stop! lol I added a corner embelly, a flourish, ribbon, a stickpin, some butterflies! Oh and I did use some stickles on the flower. TFL
Hugs Linda

You know I wasn't going to try this technique...I didn't want to have to do a load or two of laundry!!! But since you said you used a new sheet and your flower is BEAUTIFUL, maybe I will give it a try! Thank you so much for sharing how you made yours!!! It really is so VERY Pretty!!!

Lol! Linda, I love your "I-just-can't-stop" CAS style!!! Your description is rich! Love your bloom, and all the goodies too. The sentiment is moving. Hugs...
