CAS164 A Gnome in the Spotlight

 Our challenge is to create a CAS card with the spotlight technique. I had this adorable card in my favorites:

Gnome sweet gnome by ilinacrouse at Splitcoaststampers

I did stamp everything twice and popped the elements up on dimensionals. I created the spotlight and colored the face and hat. Just a little somethin'.
