Took me hours to find just the right card to CASE of Sylvia but FAITH IS THE ONE THAT TOUCHED MY HEART Sylvia puts so much of herself into every card she makes, is so helpful to all and leaves the sweetest and most encouraging comments always for everyone!
I started out with a choc chip base and then my 'failed' attempt at the faux patina technique on the next layer of DP (I only embossed it, sponged it ONCE and added the versamark and gold EP) I used DP from her favorite retired set, Parisian Breeze - (yup, I hoarded some too!)Also used the Cheery Lynn Flourish, added a Baja Breeze seam binding bow, some textured "ribbon" but not sure who makes it, and added two handmade flowers in Baja and 3 store bought roses to go with them.
Hope you have a wonderful week, Sylvia, you are really a sweet Stamper and I am so glad to call you FRIEND!
Thanks for looking!!

How gorgeous, Sue. I love the card you cased, and how you gave it your own special touch. I just loved the colors, and I'm glad you went in the same direction. The flourish in dp is a terrific addition. Well done.

Wow! Sue, this is outstanding and beautifully made. I love that ribbon/netting at the bottom and the gold on the background. Yep, I have hoarded some of the Parisian Breeze, too...love it.

Ms. Greenie, I'm "GREENIE" with envy over this beauty. Every aspect of it along with the gold, diecuts and sentiment are fabulous! You did a terrific job. Have you heard the news? Ms. Gingerbeary8 has done gone and made herself a cowboy card. It doesn't have "da man" on it; but it's got "zipper buttons" and a denim jean pocket. Hey, I'm likin' the sound of that!! LOL!! Take care Ms. Greenie!
