I had just received this beautiful stamp set in the mail Monday and couldn't wait to color it. It is Spring Tulips from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps. My favorite flower is the tulip and my favorite color of tulip is yellow.
I had to sing in a concert last night so I hurriedly made this card before I left home and put the finishing touches on when I returned. I hate making cards in a hurry.
I kept Korin's sketch mostly. Of course, I don't have her wonderful stitching and used a different image. But, I like it just the same and won't be able to get enough of this set...love it.
Korin, enjoy you special time as royalty.

Now THIS CARD was worth the wait - it sure doesn't look like you rushed to make it - looks like you spent hours on getting it so perfect! Love those yellow tulips! The gingham and black border sets it off just right!! Beautiful!

Beautiful card! I love tulips too. I bought some bulbs last fall, but it froze right after I bought them, and I couldn't plant them, so I gave them to my daughter at Christmas. I hope she was able to get them planted. Anyway, this card is so lovely!!
