This card is made from quality Stampin Up products. I've used Night of Navy, Old Olive and Very Vanilla as the main colours. The background is layered with a strip of circles designer paper and night of navy cardstock. A large scallop square is popped up from the card using dimensionals. I've stamped the sentiment "Happiest Wishes on your Birthday" in Night of Navy to complete the card.
