 | | I love the retro feel of the background paper and decided to craft a card around it. It's hard to see but there is a glitter finish on it that gives this card a sparkle that puts a smile on my face. The rest of the card was just a matter of of making my flower layers in matching colors, and adding a few brads to the center.
