 | | I punched out one width of stars in the centre of the navy blue card at the top and bottom. I wrapped silver plastic fine thread from one star at the top too all the stars at the bottom. I affixed three tiny star brads beside the threads near the top. I then lined the inside of the card with ivory cardstock so that the punched stars would show up. Also to cover the tape that secured the thread.
On the side of the card you write on, I affixed a piece of ivory cardstock which I had punched all along the top. It is quite simple but very striking.
