Here are the cards I made while visiting to Mom! This card was fun to make! Once again I CASED one of the cards my mom had just made. Started out by punching out a 3/4" circle and then punched out a semi-circle piece from the cirle to make it look like a 3/4 moon. It was pressed into a gold ink pad and set aside to dry. I took a 'star' stamp and the gold ink and stamped random patterns of stars for the night sky. The half moon was attached and then yellow chalk was applied to the moon and down a ways to copy a moon beam. On a separate piece of white cardstock, a partial image from the row of trees stamp from the 'Lovely As A Tree' stamp set from Stampin' Up!. The evergreen was also stamped as was the small snowman. I stamped the snowman out again on a plain piece of computer printer paper and cut it out. I temporarily attached it to the top of the cardstock stamped snowman image. I took some TH Distress Forrest Moss ink and began ikning up the 'sky' with a foam finger dauber. I also added some blue chalk for to the sky for some dimension and blended it in. I removed the white paper snowman cover to reveal the still white snowman. I colored his scarf, nose and buttons. I took a small piece of cardstock and cut out a sort of snow bank. I pop dotted it onto the card front and also pop dotted the entire tree image portion of the night sky background
