Since the full banner is hard to see, I am adding this close up! TFL! This accordion banner is designed so that is can be mailed but also set up as Christmas decor. Folded up it is 4-1/4 square. I cut out the letters and then coated them with a thick layer of Crystal Effects and then sprinkled on some Dazzling Diamonds.
