This card was made for the Wish-RAK Falling Leaves Card Challenge 2011. RAK is a user group on SCS (check it out if you haven't already!). It was specifically made for this challenge (card drive for the Troops, benefitting Operation Write Home):

When I was young I remember lots of plaid patterns in the fall. New school clothes, book bags, lunch boxes all commonly had a plaid themeÂ…even todayÂ’s school uniforms still have plaid skirts. Design a birthday card for an adult with plaid somewhere in your design.
