I've had this card in mind lately as I've been using the Strength and Hope stamp set. It is based on a card from an Inspiration Sheet for the retired set Natural Beauty. Today's free for all challenge to use mostly blue inspired me to use this color scheme. I stamped the butterfly image on 2 pieces of cs then cut the images in half and pieced them together after stamping a bit of spatter around the edges along with a bit of sponging. I masked off an are the size of the image panel and added the words. I removed the mask, sponged around the area where the image would go and added some spatter around the edges. I added some scoring to the card base, sponged over these scored lines and added a butterfly which had also been sponged. After added a few pearls I called it done.

ooooh this is really really nice. it has a lot of dimension, given that it is very monochromatic. i think this will go into my favorites so I can try how you added the words.
