Last week and this past weekend feel like one big blur, so I was extremely glad to crave out a bit of time this afternoon in the stamp room for this quick card.
This was for the color challenge, and I subbed distress inks in forest moss, fired brick and scattered straw. I did the wrinkle free distress technique for the squares using watercolor paper, but instead of using plain water I used water mixed with gold perfect pearls.
I punched the squares and the leaves out, then used a black sharpie to edge all of the punched pieces to help them stand out a bit more.
