If you're a Fan club member you can find Dini's template here > dini's HUGS card - printable template by dini at Splitcoaststampers - If you're not a Fan Club member, you need to be ;) I'm not sure if you can see it well in this photo but the "H" in Hugs is pierced to show off the paper piercing tool.
