This is "Fish You Were Here" from Mark's Finest Papers, colored with Copics. The Fish Bowl card is from Creative Cuts and More.. fun, huh! I added some Mudd Puddles sand to the bottom, then covered the entire area with Glossy Accents.
I found out long ago, (quite by accident, being impatient) that if you carefully heat Glossy Accents...trying to speed the drying process... it creates bubbles!!

I "learned" that same bubble technique once too (which also "worked" for the martinis I was trying to dry) ... I am lovin' this inspired fishy masterpiece ... so fun!
