Just because I got a card in the mail yesterday from a Splitcoast friend who shares my birthday, doesn't mean hers will arrive in time... It might, but no guarantees! I am the Queen of Late... At least I've managed to get it made!
This image was a part of free digital download for St. Patrick's Day last year from Waltzingmouse Stamps. I printed the image several times on Georgia Pacific 110# cardstock. Used a Versamarker to 'colour' the shamrocks and then sponged on SU Pastels (chalks). Cut out one main image and several 'extras' of the leaves which were popped up on dimensionals. Added some bling, a few highlights with a gold gel pen, a bit of glitter here and there, punched the sentiment (Verve) and mounted it on some shimmery white and some gold paper from a stash I bought ages ago.
So Colleen, this may or may not get to you by your birthday, but you know I wish you nothing but the best on our big day!

Stampin B's challenge this week is to add bling so I figure all those green gems make this qualify!

Hey, better late than never Dizzi. We know you are always out and about traveling the world. If not traveling, you are waiting by zee mailbox for Benzi'z punchez. I hear word she actually did send you a punch; but, beware, they are defective. Mine about killed my hand. She is an evil one I tell you. But, your card is delightful. I love the way your colored the image with chalks/versamark and popped some of them up. It give it an extra uummmpppffff - is that spelled right??? Zee gold is such a perfect touch. You had your pot of gold while Queen. Guess you stole some from zee palace b/f you left tooooo!

You didn't fool my watchful eye - those popped up flowers - hmmmm....it's obvious the listening devices are hidden behind them. Don't make it so obvious by popping up the said device. You need to take a course on international spying from Agent 9999.
