 | | OK, so this is less rustic than my first one, but I had enough foil left from the plate I used for my first one to make a second star, so I am counting it as being inspired by the Star Ornaments at Country Porch.

For those without the die, Cindy uploaded a template into the gallery.
I resized mine making it 50% smaller.
This time I embossed with D'vine Swirl, then assembled the star. Sprayed with gold spray paint and added a sprinkling of light green glitter. When the paint was dry I added Turquoise Stickles over all the swirls, and used some metallic blue Mizuhiki cord for the hanger.
Hard to get a good photo - my skylights are snowed over! Yep, in Ireland, in November - amazing!!
These are a lot of fun to make  . I am considering making a set of 6 to give as a gift. |
