There was a tea party that took place in Boston many, many years ago, and this week there was another one that started right here on SCS. The Teapot Tuesday challenge travelled down/across/up to Boston to celebrate a special 88th birthday. I'm a little late to the party but I hope there'll still be some pumpkin cookies with cream cheese icing left.

;-) One of my most used recipe books for cookies and bars is called Boston Tea Parties. The partial label makes a perfect frame for your iris (hats off to you, I would never have tried drawing one), and the little fan of lace at the end of the sentiment is sweet.

OMG Lorraine... this is one gorgeous iris! Love the ethereal quality to it. You sure did a fantastic job drawing and coloring this. Love the sentiment with its lace ruffle... sure is a sweet, feminine touch.
