I want to preface this whole card with the fact when I read "a six-year old can do this", I should be forewarned......that I cannot! : ) I'm going to blame it on my markers(not Copic).
MariLynn gave us an interesting technique challenge W.I.S.H. Read about it HERE. Her sample cards are beautiful. I ended up with blobs of color. I used my Marvy markers which I thought were waterbased, but perhaps not. I don't have any "kid markers" so I used what I had. After I was done with the technique, I spritzed like crazy to make something I could use! That gorgeous ribbon is from my DD...I think it is a discontinued SU one. : (
I used the CAS sketch from today...this time realizing there was to be a wider base! : )

Your card is quite lovely. I don't know what it looked like before you spritzed like crazy, but I love how it looks as a background for your beautiful stamped image. And I love that ribbon. It's one of my favorites!

Sallie I think your bg turned out wonderful. I really like the "blobs" of red with the pretty green. Your tree is so beautiful and the big bow is perfect.

Gorgeous and elegant, Sallie! Your fruited tree is beautiful and your background is awesome. I love your gold accents--they make this card so very rich-looking!
