I used the stamp from Cute By the Inch to create the background (I have clear mount, so this was really super fast and easy). Used the largest oval from the Ovals die, and stamped the image in Basic Gray....I stepped outside of my usual by not coloring it in. This usually really bugs me. Also, stamping the Gray directly onto the green, not layering the sentiment, also is a bit off for me. I wanted to choose a very different color combo for this.
I really like this! Turns out keeping images meant for watercoloring pretty simple can work out too!

I love it, Amy! I think you made "cute" elegant. Great color choices.
The image probably looks better not colored in, especially with the busier background stamping, don't you think? Ditto the sentiment.
