Here's my card to send to Jess, who was viciously attacked by a dog, and is facing up to a year of recuperation. Jess is 24 and loves Nascar racing, and Dale Earnhardt Sr. Although I did not have much time off from work this week or have any stamps to answer this challenge, I used some DP, a computer generated image of DE's car #3, and a handmade race flag, just so I could send him a card to cheer and encourage him. Hope he likes it!!

I love that you wrote the note on the front for Jess! Your DP is great and the flag is very cool! Jess will love that the Intimidator's car is looking rough and tough! Such a great card!

- I don't think very many of us had suitable stamps, but I am amazed at how many people had suitable paper! Your layout is great, too - I'd have tried to fit the car on one side or the other instead of lapping it across both.

What a great card for Jess, personalized with his name and a picture of DE's race car. Great drawing of your checkered flag too. Making wavy checkers isn't as easy as it looks.

OMG! Hi Sue! This rocks! Way to be determined to get a card made for Jess without having the appropriate stamps! And look at it! Its awesome to cheer Jess on as he goes through the process of surgeries and healing! Very nicely done...so glad you squeezed one in during your busy schedule!

Now let me ask you this: How could he not love this? It's got everything he's passionate about ~ a DE #3 car, and flag and some vroom vroom dp to go along with it. Wonderfully creative, Ms Susie Q! He's gotta love this one, girl.
