This challenge was really stumping me - after looking at the gallery this morning for inspiration I realised I could have recreated a bird shaking her tail feathers that I made some time back, but I stuck with my original idea and hope I haven't interpreted the dance element too broadly. My card is based on Lehar's Gold and Silver Waltz, which is definitely a dance.
The base was 5 3/4" square, but I trimmed about half an inch off the bottom so that it would still fit in my regular envelope with the circle panel standing clear at the top.
I used gold and silver card, each with the edges embossed in the other colour. The silver panel is stamped and embossed with the Stampendous music score in silver. The image was stamped and embossed in gold on silver, layered up on gold with silver Stickles. Sentiment panel is gold edged with gold glitter EP and the sentiment is black glitter EP. I used pleated ribbon for the other panel.
I thought it would be WAY harder to get a decent picture, but apart from the Stickles not looking as silver as they should, it's not bad at all.
And that's me up to date!!! I'll get the recent ones enveloped and bagged tonight and then I'll have a clear desk for tomorrow.

What a beautiful card. Found out about your gallery through the ODBD blog post. Been looking around. I love metallics on cards and this is done so nicely. The gold/silver combo is great, & the stamped image is too!
