made for a friends mother. she wanted bling! and i just couldnt think of what to do for flowers so sort of did quilling (wrapped the scrap around my tweezers!) (on cake)
for this flower i did as suggested by my demo. 8 scallop circles, (plus small fiskars flower for centre) wetted, scrunched, and left to dry. put togheter with brad (centre hole punched). then cut in some of the inner scallops down a bit. (ie. cut snips from edge towards centre ) try it ! i was pleased!
