Today's IC, Better Bit of Butter Cookies, is full of inspiration and delicious looking cookies. I chose the icon cookie for Everyday Favorites with the four squares of color. It's the third cookie down, seen HERE. I also need to give a shout out to Amy (PickleTree), because I got the idea for the background from her awesome Best Dad Ever card. So thanks for all the inspiration from everyone today!
I love this color combo and had the perfect plaid paper for it. I needed a bright, happy card to support a little five year old friend at our church who had a horrific accident and lost part of his arm. So incredibly sad. He's dino-mite, and I want him to know we feel that way about him. I hope this card carries lots of love with it.

LeisaJane, this is just so bright and cheerful. What child doesn't love a dinosaur? Fantastic job on your card and it is sure to bring a smile to this little boy. My heart goes out to him.

This card is just plain cuteness! From the little clouds and sponged hills to your swaying palm trees and little orange dino.
I felt very moved to hear of the poor little one in your church, praying right now that God will give them all the strength and help they need to deal with the trauma and the adjustments ahead - I'm sure your card will be an encouragement.
