I wanted to participate in honoring Anne Ryan who does Queen for a Day so well, and always leaves such lovely comments! I chose this card of Anne's because I love the simplicity of the black and white:
I chose this retired SU stamp which I love, then couldn't resist adding some of the beautiful cherry cobbler color to the flower, as my mother just sent me some cherry cobbler card all the way from Alaska! The whimsical style of the sentiment seemed to call for a doodled frame. The white panel is popped up on the red and the red popped up on the black.

What a beautiful card! (And the sentiment is SO perfect for a special friend of mine ... and I've been looking for that 'just right' sentiment/card for some time now ... many, many thanks for this most perfect card!)

That black, white and cherry cobbler just blast this card right out of the park, to say nothing of your choice of the black and white gingham!! Awesome!
