I am still building my stash of Anniversary cards...so took advantage of todays Sketch Challenge to make another one.
I also used the same color combo as yesterday which is from Stamp TV's Color Challenge this week: Brown, Ivory and Yellow. I really like these colors together.
I am a subscriber to Michelle Zindorf's blog and as soon as I saw her use the Inspired By Nature stamp set from Stampin Up and the Horizontal Slot punch to make cattails I knew I had to try it. Of course, Michelle's card is stunning....but I was pleased with how mine turned out. Thanks Michelle for the inspiration!! My white gel pen decided to dry up on my ...so I was unable to highlight my cattails as I intended....sigh...... HERE is the link to Michelle's fabulous tutorial: Blogs at Splitcoaststampers
