Ok, you can call me fussy! This is my second version of my Incredibles page. I wanted to raise the frame on the page without messing with Mr. Incredible's leg that extends below the page (raising him up would leave him "footless!")
I was able to move the frame up which included erasing a little of the upper and lower parts of the photo, and extending the white frame lines with the paintbrush tool. I also removed the photo corners which just didn't look right on my original.
(For credits, please see my first version.)

Awesome improvements on your second take. I opened both images in two tabs and switched back and forth. The changes are subtle (other than the bottom of the photo) but they make a big impact.
Next time, try my method of not erasing the frame. Select your break out part inside the frame as well, then just move that above the frame. If you have to move things (as you did) there's nothing to change on the frame itself.
Does that make sense?
Anyway - great paper, great image and a great technique make for an Incredible page!
