Good morning everyone, Joan I loved your interesting tech. I went outside and found a couple of yellow day lilies, and some pink spirea. I followed your great directions and it looked great on the paper towel~but not so pretty on the watercolor paper.
So I decided to use faux flowers soaked in reinker~then I followed your directions and ran them thru the CB. I liked the white peaking thur so I left it.
Hope this still counts for the challenge. And Joan I am going to try the real flowers again. I needto go to my SIL's and get some flowers!
I added a couple of the reinked faux flowers on the top of the card.
And I sprinkled some of flowers on the white paper so you could see them. TFS
Have a great Monday. Hugs Linda

Your faux flowers are very pretty! This was a first time for me and I was a bit worried how it would turn out. But, it was fun. Hurry to your sil's for those flowers. If I had time, I would like to do this again today, but probably can't fit it in.

Oh how gorgeous!! It looks like you will be able to use those flowers as embellishments too. They have directions on drying and preserving them in a microwave on the Internet if you don't have a flower press.
Love this!!

How to think outside the box! What fun to try this with reinkers. I've smooshed a few posies through my 'bug today - haven't managed to get a card made though - and you're so right - some just don't look so good once they've been crushed! Love your card...
