This card was created for the Clean and Simple Fall-To Layout 94. The patterned paper is Demeure Stripes by Pixie Press and was a real bargain at $0.10 per sheet! I wanted to try the ruffled ribbon technique and thought it would be a good way to soften the transition between the patterned paper and the card stock base.
