Today Lesley, aka Marleygo was chosen as Queen For the Day! Congrats my friend. You leave so many wonderful comments on my cards and everyone else's. You totally deserve this honor. So, sit back and enjoy the ride!.......the card.....
I chose this one to case. I didn't keep with the same layout, but I continued with her theme. You see, we are up in the mountains camping and Lesley has gone to town for some more.......let's say beer. That's right, beer. Ice cold beer. I am still in the camper-trailer waiting for her to return. I am also fixing up a nice meal so if anyone is in the neighborhood stop on by! hehe
Stamped these image with versa mark, then chalked. Drew the lazy sun with a versa mark pen then chalked it too.
Splattered with ink, sponged the edges and put on a white card adding doodles lines.
Well, I hear Lesley returning, the dogs are barking in the back of the truck. What good timing, dinner is ready! .....oh I see Anne Ryan coming up the road too. How fun. The more the merrier!......TFL :0)

So, is this just a 'girls' weekend at the camper? How many does that camper sleep - should I bring a tent? I'll bring some wine since I prefer that to beer these days. Should I bring a salad or dessert? Now, is this a stampin' and campin' git-together or do I leave my stampin' supplies at home?
So many questions. But, there's no question about it, I think your card is wonderfull! Love the splattered ink effect - makes me think about the time we got stuck when out camping and our tires spun so much mud that everyone within range was splattered.

Woo hoo, we're having a party. What can I bring to go with the beer? Cheese? Salami? Chocolate? I am hoping it's cooler on this camping trip than it is here. Humidity is high and storms keep threatening.
What a cool card and what a great story. Love the sentiment and our SCS sisterhood! (Speaking of sisterhood. . .I am trying to get Anne appointed as Mother Superior of SCS. Any ideas how this can be accomplished?)

Did you leave me anything to eat? Sorry, you know how much I hate camping, I fell asleep back at the Four Seasons Hotel, and my Limo driver got lost trying to find the camper, but then he heard the dogs barking!

Now how the heck could you be seeing me comin' down the road when you didnt even give me the address of where you guys are? Silly, silly girl: I was not born yesterday. You remind me of YLM who told me yesterday that she's going to send me an invite to her DH's birthday party because she knows I'm too far away to come. Hmmmmm, do you suppose I should see my therapist about you and her? What a sweet sweet card. Marleygo is a very special stamper, so I'm so glad you found time to case one of her amazing cards.
