Peggy-Sue Stuckky inspired me to make a card similar to hers. Peggy-Sue used wonderful colors and gave me the idea of making this backwards Z-fold (not sure if hers was that way). Thank you, Peggy-Sue.
I've recently been re-introduced to the brayered sky technique through a demo challenge and wanted to inspire my stampers with this easy technique. I started out with the lightest color: so saffron as my cardstock. Added more mustard as my medium color and finally dusty durango as the darkest color for the sunrise. I really love it. And it IS easy. Thank you, Michelle Zindorf, for the brayered sky technique.
Under the dusty durango flap are those clever words from Herb Expressions that I love: I'm here for you...just as you've always been there for me. Great words for a card that turned out pretty special.
Thanks for looking.

I like this... no... I love this... I have more men in my life than girls or women, so manly images are my style. I wish I could find this image. It is beautiful... oh, I mean handsome... Nicely done. Great colors. And I love your brayered sky.
