 | | M sent me this most gorgeous card for my birthday. If you know her cards at all, you will know that the shimmer and sparkle from this beauty is lovelier in real life, but I've done my best to capture it.
However, that means you can't really see all the lovely sheets of wood she also sent me. I'm on tenterhooks each time I try stamping on it, in case I smudge. She knew that I am having a hard time persuading my DH that, since he has had a marquetry kit for over ten years and still not used it, it would be better to let me have the wood veneers from it.
Thank you so much, M, for such a lovely card and perfect gift. Sorry to be so late in posting it, it arrived much closer to the day. |
