First, my favorite musical is NOT Cats. My favorite is My Fair Lady, but alas, no ideas came to mind. I saw Bye, Bye Birdie on Broadway, and I loved it, but I've done a lot of birds lately. The reason I chose Cats is pretty simple. The music is great (one song at least!#, the costuming is FABulous, and my crazy friend Cheryl is having a birthday, and she is gaga over cats #always has a group of them!)(at the moment only three).
When Cats was first playing in Boston, we bought VERY expensive tickets with two other couples. We went to a pricey dinner, then to the theater. At the intermission, we all wanted to go home. We hated it. We talked it over, and all left. That's my story about Cats. I'm sure there are some who loved it, but WE did NOT!
Oh. My card is 4 1/4" square.

So sorry you were disappointed in Cats. When I saw it, I was surprised at the ending. I didn't think that's how it would end. Love your card though. That's a really cute cat.

How funny!! I saw Cats for the first time on stage last year. My impression?? "Seriously??? This is what ALL the fuss is about??" I didn't leave, but I was not bowled over, either!! I DO like your card, though! That kitty is adorable and the shading looks grrrrrreat!! (Okay, bad reference to Tony the Tiger ... he's a cat, right??)

Your card is very CUTE!!!! And you certainly have made it fit today's challenge! However, I agree with you about CATS!!!!!
OMGosh...I didn't like "CATS." Nope...I saw it off broadway in Jacksonville as part of a series. It had haunting music, fabulous costumes and the set was surreal. However, my son, (now 23), was 6, and sitting beside me. All of a sudden, his seat collapsed with him in it! He was trapped! AND SCREAMING!!! AND HURT!!!! Yep, those actors kept on singing and dancing like nothing was wrong. A hurried trip in an ambulance and 12 stitches later, he and I decided that we HATED THAT PLAY! LOL

Anne, this is such an adorable image and love your CAS card! Never saw Cats (other than the strays my daughter used to adopt). :-)

Love your little Kitty Anne! I took my son to see Cat's in Boston when he was maybe 10 and we had great seats in the orchestra right near the stage and he was on the aisle - and in the beginning the cats came down in the audience and put their faces in front of different people - one of them being Josh - and it scared him to death!! (I thought it was cool LOL!) so he moved over into my seat for the rest of the play!
