Under the guidance of LilLuvsStampin, I have managed to add text to my photo and hopefully, correctly upload and submit my card made for Lindsay. It has all been a mission of compassion and healing energies, so things went smoothly.
From a sample card at a recent punch class, I came up with my variation. I hand cut and crimped the leaves, oval punched the tulips, then 3D them to various cardstock and designer papers.
This card is bright purple and lavender, even though the photo makes it appear more maroon.
I then went on to make the fun envelope my daughter and I call the "cupcake." It is sealed, cut, the top is scallop punched along the edge and the bottom is crimped. Adding a scallop and circle punch with a "L" from Lovely Letters, makes it personal. We love this look, which can be as pretty as a present, depending on how fancy you get.

Whoo Hoo! Lynn! Welcome to the teaparty! Any friend of Charlene's is a friend of mine....but if you are a friend of Bertie's I might have to re-think that phrase! Snort!
How fun that you made a Lindsay/Teaparty card your first upload! Lindsay will be so touched that you made this card specially for her. It is absolutely gorgeous! And look at your professional watermark, amazing envelope. Holy cow girl, you look like a professional on your first upload!
Okay, follow me...I will show you where I hid the cake for the newbies. If Bertie is around still she probably ate it cuz that's just the way she is but maybe she is side tracked in a quilt stuffin' flingin' fight with Gertie and we'll be in luck! Welcome...your card is wonderful beyond wonderful. I love the dimension to the flowers!
