I used 12x12 sheets of paper. I matched up the design and taped the sheets together to make them long enough. Had my husband take down the fan blades and I removed the hardware - three screws each blade for this fan. I laid the clean blades on the paper and traced them. Cut the pieces out. I put a layer of Mod Podge on the blade and laid the paper on top of the Mod Podge and let that dry. Once they were dry, I took my eyelet punch tool and made the holes for the screws. I then put a coat of Mod Podge on top of paper. That was the hard part - It seemed to want to bubble some. I just kept working with it until I got most of bubbles out - Like you would do with wallpaper. I actually found several instructions on how to do this online.
