I started with a So Saffron cardbase. Panel 2 is Melon Mambo that went through my Big Shot with the Polka Dots Impressions Folder. (Dessert for this Color Challenge was to use Polka Dots.) Panel 3 is my sentiment stamped with Basic Black ink onto Whisper White cs and layered on Mellow Moss cs. I embellished this panel with a 1/2" Circle of Melon Mambo and a flat-back pearl. Panel 4 is 1/4" Mellow Moss Ribbon. Panel 5 is Sweet Pea dsp. (Notice more polka dots!) Onto Panel 5 I added the Melon Mambo bird and Mellow Moss twig. The bird was sponged across the top with Melon Mambo ink and adhered with Dimensionals. I sort of cheated with Panel 6. I'm considering the knot in my grosgrain to be Panel 6. LOL...

Very cute. I love how the DSP looks like the sun's rays in the morning behind the birdy. I can't wait to get my own birdy punch - will be avilable in our mini out in April!

Beautiful color combo Regina and as much as I love that lil birdie punch, which I have, I have yet to use it. I don't know what I think I'm saving it for because it looks awesome on your card. I need to get brave and go for it like I finally did with the window sheets after seeing them in your gallery!! Way to go on this card. It's really lovely and cheerful!! TFS!
