Today's WT challenge was to use some ribbon and a border punch. I don't often use my Fiskars punches as it's such hard work to punch through even light card, but I got one out today.
Easel card made from the tutorial in the Resources section.
Base and card front are Bazzill Bling, with the bue front being embossed with the Allegro ef. Stamped the image on a 4" square white card, punched the bottom and then trimmed some off the top. Sponged the edges, added ribbon and snaps and attached to blue panel. The sentiment and bird were stamped on more white card. I added little gems to the centre of each punched-out flower, and used a button and ribbon as the stop on the easel base.

I agree, the Fiskar punches are so much harder to use but you sure came up with a great card using one. I love how the bird at the bottom looks like it is singing and how you used the music embossed paper to tie that in.

What a sweet Spring easel card! Sabrina, I really love this, and I'm sorry to hear Fiskars border punches are hard...I have been thinking about getting one. Thanks for the tipoff!

Darling birdie easel card Sabrina! So happy to see you in the galleries today! I have to agree on the difficulty of these punches cutting through cs. But your end result was worth it!! TFS!!
