I started with a piece of Real Red CS 6-1/2" x 4-1/2". The cookie measures 3" x 3-1/2", so the pocket needs to be 1" wider than the cookie your using.
Score at 2" and apply a 2" piece of sticky strip on each end & fold over the flap & secure.
I then cut a piece of Chocolate Chip CS 1-3/4" x 4"
On a piece of 1-1/2" x 3-3/4" Very Vanilla CS I stamped the love birds in Chocolate Chip, from the Love You Much stamp set and adhered to Chocolate Chip CS.
I then stamped the 2 hearts from I {Heart} Hearts stamp set on a scrap piece of Very Vanilla CS and punched them out with the Full Heart punch.
For a little sparkle I used the two-way glue pen on the heart above the birds and the heart in friends, then added a little Red, Fine Galaxy Glitter.
Attached hearts with dimensionals.
At the very top I used the Pinking Hearts Border punch from the new Occasions Mini Catalog.
Inserted cookie into a medium cello bag and placed inside the pocket.

This is so pretty, and such a good idea for a Valentine for classmates. I will have to remember it since I have to plan the party for my 6 year old very soon.
