Magazine style Bill organizer

I gave my friend a set of cards in an individual magazine style card holder... and she loved it! She later said that it would be perfect for organizing her bills. So, I made this for her.

I used the instructions given here:

I made 4 individual ones, then used terrifically tacky tape in between to hold them together, and then used a decorative band of paper around them all. I thought it turned out cute!
