I made this card for the Try a New Technique Challenge. I have today off and wanted to give it a try.
I am not sure how well it turned out...but I am relying on the Try part of the challenge.
I stamped my image on dp paper and then popped the flower of the image on the brick wall. I chalked and sponged edges to add some dimension.
Thanks for looking.

Thank you, Bev! I keep 'trying' to tell people that same thing! If you don't TRY it, you'll never know if you like it, right? There have been MANY technique challenges over the years that I've tried ONCE..LOL
Now, for your card.... I love it. It looks like you made bigger bricks...which is something I should have tried. My fat fingers had a difficult time lining up the smaller ones. I love that big flower in the middle.... it looks like it's growing out of the bricks. I'd say for a first try, you did VERY well!

Very pretty Bev. I saw that on your flower yesterday thinking it was rain, but it's actually writing, wow. I still love it. Very well done with the brick wall. TFS
