At this very moment, we are having a hail storm with thunder, lighting and all. We don't have this kind of weather in Sacramento! Now if I was back in Colorado, I would be used to it. But, I am a little nervous right now. ....My card today, has no hail on it.....details....
Supposed to make two cards, same image and supplies, but different. I think I goofed. The layouts are almost the same, a few changes but the scene parts are different.
On the left, the snowman was stamped on white cs that I gessoed. It was water colored with re-inkers and some acrylic paint. Added the corner pieces of misc. dp. then put on white card with edges sponged. Doodled.
On the right, the snowman was stamped on white cs, colored the same as the other one. Added the scene behind. I was inspired by a realtor's for sale sign. Sponged the clouds. Added the corner pieces only on different corners than the one on the left. Put on a white card with sponged edges. Doodled.
Well that's it for today....must turn off computer in case the power goes out...Bye!....TFL :0)
Hi Sis! I feel like such a sissy!
Will return after the storm....

So beautiful this snowman! I love the whipper snapper stamps. Clever of you to do them up like this. Love your opposite corners! Very well done on the challenge dear Cathy. Keep safe, hugsxo

With your artistic ability, I would think you could make all the 'goofs' you like! These are both totally adorable. Love the snowmen and their scenes. Too fun and fabulous these are for sure. Yeah, what's up with the weather. How unusual. The energy of a thunderstorm generally dissipates before it ever gets close to you. Yikes, Sacramento is sure changing! Hope you had a great thanksgiving.
