This week the teapartiers are going to rescue poor Dusty from the dark, musty attic. He got left up there when his family moved. So teapartiers to the rescue!!!
Well, you can see I'm busily working away trying to fix Dusty up. I am a seamstress and I brought my trusty featherweight here to the teaparty so I could get Dusty all spiffed up so we could get him adopted to a loving family. See, he's restuffed and sitting there so patiently waiting for me to get his new clothes done. He is really looking forward to meeting his new family and hoping they have several little ones for him to play with and cuddle with. Cuz that's his specialty, cuddlin.... And if you talk to him real sweet, he may even sing you a lullaby too. And he's really, really, really good at keeping secrets; you can tell him anything and he'll never rat you out...Sounds just about perfect to me.
This card was a cinch to make with this great DP and a vintage image. Dusty and the sentiment I cut out on my cricut.
Well, just about done with the wardrobe, so we can join the other partiers and get some tea and scones. Hope there are some orange ones with cream cheese spread...or maybe some blueberry ones..

Fabulous! Love all the elements of this lovely card! Wonderful details and coloring! Well, we can rest easy now! With your expertise and all those sewing supplies, I think Dusty will be as good as new! Just don't let "Bertie" near him!

This is a fabulous card! I love it! I CAN NOT sew - so I admire those who can. Please be sure to sew Dusty's mouth shut just in case someone sneaky tried to get our secrets!

Love vintage fashion images. This reminds me sew much of an old Vogue book/magazine I have - mostly sewing techniques but with advertisements at the back and front. Must be from the fifties, I'd say. Your card is perfect for the challenge - just what Dusty needs, as there have not been very many needles and pins so far.

Great vintage card - reminds me of the old Butterick sewing patterns my mother used to have when she made all of her clothes - and most of mine too! Love this!!
