When I first saw the pumpkin dies from Spellbinders I thought how cool it would be to make table decorations in the various sizes. I made this one using the largest die in the series. I wanted to add some dimension to it so after I cut out the pumpkin shape I embossed it with the paisley Impressabilities plate. I then took and sponges over the plate to make the paisley show up even more. In total I used 8 of the pumpkin pieces to make mine. You need to trim off the bottom so that it stands flat. For the stem I just colored the top with a marker, curled some brown paper for the curls and freestyle cut some easy leaves to add on. How fun it would be to do a whole pumpkin patch!

LOVE IT! Would make a great place setting for Thanksgiving by writing the name on one of the leaves.
